Promote and approve land development that is consistent with the needs of the community and concurrent with the neighbourhood infrastructure (e.g. roads, schools, medical facilities).

Respect our Official Community Plan, and only in exceptional circumstances – and with the general approval of the community – to consider changing it.

Direct staff to provide a community-first services focus.
